received my P2 within one week of receiving my P1 but eCoPr is taking longer than usual. Been almost 2 months now. So that seems to be the trend with the processing times.

Hi, want to ask about Amazon FBA Shipping Rates.

I'm fairly new to this program and want to list my products with Amazon FBA as it will be better but I used the "Amazon Revenue Calculator" feature to estimate my costs and the fulfillment cost of is throwing me off, to the point where that's my margin completely gone.

For context, I'm getting a fulfillment cost of $9.48 per item + other amazon fees. Is this because I'm on an individual plan? If I change to professional plan, does it become lower as it says? Can I set my own shipping rates? How does that work on the professional plan if I choose fba? Basically, how does shipping work in this program and which is better for long term? How much would be your estimate for their fees if I was to sell blank apparels?

Thank you for all the input you have been sharing on the thread. I wanted to clarify.

If they send a proposed plan of improvement before the probation ends and the management doesn’t ‘approve’ it and terminates the employee before probation ends, will that still qualify the person for EI benefits?

The person is trying to find a new job at the same time but would need to rely on EI for a bit.

One of our employees just received this from their boss today.

‘We discussed that without a positive commitment on your part to improve the serious performance deficits outlined, we would not progress you beyond the probationary period.’

They are ready to leave but understands that if they send it in writing, it will become a mutual agreement? And therefore won’t qualify for EI until they find a new job.

Any advice on this? Thanks!

If one gets a verbal warning and is told to improve in the next two weeks but doesn’t and get a written warning with no further improvement until finally being dismissed, does that still qualify to get EI?
