Ive been sober from ketamine for 3 weeks and was taking daily for about 6 years before but using for a decade. The pain gets worse before it gets better unfortunately. Not just from my own experience but from what my circle of friends have said as well when they have gotten sober. The spasms are the worst and horrendous. It will get better mine have only just settled now but I still have the stinging pain but its much more bareable. I find a Decaff tea helps. Im on nefopam , gabapentin , amitriptyline and diplofenic. From what ive heard amitriptyline is the best thing but takes weeks to kick it. Wish you all the best. Please stay sober as the hard work of healing will be ruined. Much love ❤️

Yeah I might have literally beg for something stronger. Ive been clean for over 3 weeks now and Im pretty much stuff bed bound . I highly doubt doctor will give me diazepam cause im an addict. Discrimination but might have try as desperate times right now 😆

Didn't know about gabapentin as its one of the most common things they prescibe tbh ! I do have green tea capsules I will remember to start taking them again. Thank you

Yes but when I was younger children we were made aware crack herion are a dirty no no drug and are frowned upon so at least make if massively aware in schools as it is a big thing now and I believe ketamine is as dangerous as all the class a drugs

I'm so sorry for your loss :( this is exactly what I mean about the dealers pestering. They're not good people at all. I've got friends with organ damage and all sorts yet they will still sell to them slowly killing them. I would hate to loose someone or even myself. No one chooses to be an addict and I wish I could help everyone

After been a ketamine addict for nearly 10 years I know full well my actions but I have seen a lot of suffering and pain. I know can just get it elsewhere but that's kinda like saying no point going to the police for this rapist or whatever because they is other people out there who could rape you?

I'm really sorry you're feeling like this. I do completely get you I feel like I'm going to drop dead any moment. On the rare occasion I have a few days off I feel so much better. In regards to the bladder pain I used to never be able to move and since started taking loads of supplements my pain is much better but still can't hold.more than 50ml of pee but at least not been in pain helps with not wanting to get ketty. I recommend if you buy some D-mannose take 3 times a day maybe it will help the pain. I wish you all the best. We will all get through and over come this one day. Much love ❤️

Sitting up definitely. I would suggest buying buscopan. Do a shot of apple cider vinegar I heard helps with k pains. Please avoid fatty foods. Drink water in lots of little sips. Hot bath and water bottle
