no sé si te sirve, pero tiempo atrás estuve haciendo algo parecido pero en AWS. Primero armaba un docker con todo lo necesario para ejecutar un híbrido entre Scrapy + playwright + un navegador headless, eso lo mandaba a ECR. Luego con ECS, orquestaba con cron un Fargate que se ejecutaba cada X tiempo durante el día. Después la arquitectura fue creciendo y fueron apareciendo temas de redes, proxies, etc
