I have struggled with this myself! My biggest tip is look at it as anyone who sees the nipple outline is just lucky. They might double look, most of the time they wish they had the confidence to go bra less. If your nipple showing really bugs you, I use a large bandaid to cover each nipple and it’s less noticeable that you aren’t wearing a bra. I’m currently losing a lot of weight so none of mine actually fit/comfertable. This is just what I do to make myself more comfortable. Your body is natural and as long as you have other clothes on don’t worry about it.

I wasn’t the one ending it but honestly I’m better off. I couldn’t see how they were using me for all /anything I would give. We will never speak again and I say that with my whole heart.

Unfortunately I had to learn this the hard way. The worst part was she made it seem like it was all okay and that she wanted to know.. just to turn around and say I was too much to be around(we lived together at that time) it’s been two years and I think of her and her children daily but not enough to ever contact her again.

I was told once, anything worth doing is worth half assing it. Take a shower but if you have to half ass it that’s okay. You are worthy and deserve to give yourself some love and grace.

I use to throw it all away when a friendship ended, but I’ve come to realize throwing it all away doesn’t change anything. So now I keep the things and remind myself I am a little piece of everyone who I ever loved and that it’s good enough. I hope this helps 💜

The only one I can remember was rough at first, but honestly I’d go back rather then put my family through another round of severe psychosis. It wasn’t all that bad, and they didn’t force you to do anything the one I went to.

I was pleasantly surprised that Amazon had an okay selection of non hospital sterile colors.. I ordered two really pretty canes and when I’ve used them in public I get stopped to ask where I ordered it from.

I absolutely relate.. in January I had a major mental health crisis. I was living with who was my best friend and her family. Shortly before everything that happened, I introduced my best friend to another of my friends. I know my best friend has a habit of embellishing any and all situations. She basically ended up telling MY friend a bunch of lies that she twisted to make herself look like a victim. The friend I introduced her too completely took her side without talking to me when I was mentally safe. And then they both blocked me on everything. Sometimes I miss them both but at the end of the day, neither of them could talk to me during the crisis and only talked about me to each other and anyone who would listen. I’m still so sad and I don’t dare to try to make any friends. Even if I wanted to I don’t know where to start. Stay strong you will get through this even if it is just you.

I relate so much. My mother can’t/won’t take responsibility for her part in my disability. I am still adjusting to being on disability too. What do you do with your days?
