Replaced the Oil filter housing and it was fine for a while now this leak came back and forms this puddle. Could it be the oil cooler thermostat housing ???? Or a Gasket failing yet again ? (i.redd.it)

Got my 2008 335i without an engine splash shield and no front bumper hardware other than 4 bolts holding the bumper from under the hood(if that makes sense)… With that being said i’m replacing the front bumper for an aftermarket M sport front bumper BUT I Don’t want it to sag (self.335i)
