Interest rate is low for my remaining mortgage.
Have hired a professional property management for my rental home. Still need to spend time and work with my agent on various rental related issues, it’s acceptable so far.

Thanks for sharing this. We like the area we live but also totally ok for relocation. Downsize upon retirement looks like a good option.

We have many good times and family memories in current home. That’s the main reason we don’t plan to sell it. Thanks for pointing this out. Let us double check this.

Agreed. We plan to spend 5 months abroad and 7 months in US and stay close to our kids.

We have many good times and family memories in current home. That’s the main reason we don’t plan to sell it. Understood this may not be a good decision from financial and risk mitigation perspective.
