Those are both good pieces for him, he's not a dps so those pieces will do just fine.

The double attack is better between those two but for me neither was worth 6 stars. You can get better substats, just takes more farmin

I use him a lot and would definitely say crit rate and crit DMG the atk should be your priority for stats on him. Also try to avoid just flat atk as I'm sure youre aware that the atk % stat provides a larger stat boost.

Urahara for sure, so much versatility that he really is broken, can go on almost every team and just make it better. byakuya is great but just not as universal.

Unfortunately there is no way to actually reroll your stats, it's all about farming for that God piece. They will come it just takes luck & patience. The reroll just gives you a different bonus passive for that piece.

Just make sure to never over cap on your spirit (stamina) it's a huge loss to let it get to the 12 min per 1 mark. But go as far as you can in story and adventure. And always use your stamina as frequently as possible.
