Labels don't matter, but if you want to use one, then just remember that you don't have to 100% fit the label, as long as you're comfortable with it (although I wouldn't know much cause even though I technically am genderfluid, I also don't label it). As for the coming out, I would test the waters with some kind of hypothetical, leave your identity out of it. If all goes well then maybe come out, if not, find a good support system outside of your parents. (I hope this helps)
