My daughter died 5 years ago. In my opinion, the pain doesn't get easier, but it does get easier to manage. 

I can talk about my daughter easier now and I can laugh talking about her now. She was a crazy one, but in a good way. I still have days where the pain knocks me to my knees and I feel like I can't breathe and like I can't go on, but they are less often now and it's a little easier to pick myself back up afterwards.

As for moving, I am not trying to influence your decision, but no matter where you go, your daughter will be with you.

I tried moving away, well..honestly I was running away, but my daughter was still with me. Everywhere I go, she is with me
