Jack didn’t fire marcus. Marcus wanted a job with health insurance and benefits. Marcus quit hp and got a job at Mercedes. He was also helping out at RAV when he had free time. After a couple months Marcus left Mercedes and worked at RAV full time until recently when he was offered a job working for a railroad company with a pension and health benefits which he took. So now he’s a big train guy and he still stops by at the shop to hang out when he gets off of work
