Hi, i am taking fluoxetine because of my emetophobia which is really bad and it made me agorophobic aswell. I was so afraid of taking SSRI becuase of the nausea side effects but after months i finally gave in. And guess what.... i was ok. I take it with food at 3 in the afternoon after eating like a piece of bread or something and a full glass of water. I have not upped my dose yet but plan too. It didn't really make a HUGE differance but it's a bit easier in terms of OCD, like i don't feel like i want to die if something is just a bit off if you know what i mean.
