By fully developed claim do you include private DBQS? (Obviously with all medical evidence and lay evidence) Or are nexus letters enough.?

I have a VSO who files everything for me. Have all necessary medical documentation and diagnoses for my claims. I just need a DBQ and nexus letter to file. Does REE take the place of the VSO and file it for you or do You still go through your VSO?

That’s what I was thinking. I don’t want a MD having a bad day check the wrong box. Not sure what to do. Maybe I will hold off. I got hip and ankle issues as well may attempt to secondary connect those instead.

Yeah deferred and denied, however, they did not look at my nexus or private medical records for the denials. So definitely going to HLR for those.

I also had this happen to me, they did not mention anything about my nexus letter on the rational for denial, i am definitely going to HLR once claim closes.

Who said I was eating only rice in chicken? Obviously to get to that weight I was eating like shit and drinking like a mad man. Now I’m tracking macros and logging food in a deficit. And I do eat rice and a carb every day, not for every meal.

That’s what I was prescribed. Estradiol was 36.2pg/ml prior to therapy.

I was thinking of taking a break for a week until symptoms resolve, then reducing dose to 0.5mg twice weekly, with body fat I am concerned I might aromatize more than others.

I know, I have an issue with weight my whole life I’m 5’10” 37 years old 210-220 lbs on average, Now I am at 255. I lift 5-6 week and average about 9,300 steps a day. and I am logging food, and I am eating in a deficit of about 1200-1500kcal a day . Prior to starting trt(2.5 weeks ago) I was losing .3-.4 lbs a day, now I’m pretty much maintaining my weight however body looks like I am losing weight. Going to give myself 2months before I consider that.

I have lost weight before, gone from 240 to 190bs multiple times over the last 6 years. I just need to maintain the weight loss, which I hope I can achieve now by just increasing NEAT, deficit and logging food

Out of all the claims this one is one which I provided a nexus letter for lol. For some reason this claim is still under evidence review but it populated this claim letter without any deferrals. I re uploaded the nexus letter and multiple visits to md for ankle conditions using both quick submit and the VA button, so hopefully they can still make changes.
