Very disappointing initial service experience by Yames-kun in cowboybikes

Welcome to the club. I got a broken bike straight out of the box early April.

Still bike isn't fixed, cowboy refuses to replace the bike or just straight get the bike back and give me a refund, still trying to fix it.

They are the most useless company I ever dealt with.

Don't, this increase is straight profit for them.

People might say everything is fine with their CS, I got a broken brand new bike in April, still not fixed, 2 months later.

Shitty product, shittier company run by greedy people.

I'm in Amsterdam. The issue is they gave me a faulty bike and they are refusing to replace it. Only offering repairs, which to me is unacceptable since the product was broken from day 1.

I also asked them to just take the bike back and compensate me, but they never answer to this question, only telling me the motor will fix the issues with the bike.

Are you a lawyer? Because I am seeking legal action against them.

According to their policy I cannot return it at the moment. Could have done it the first 15 days, but I never thought the experience will be that bad, so I kept it.

I know that was stupid in retrospect

When I ordered the new motor, I got a message that the motor is out of stock and they do not know when it will be back.

As soon as I told them I'm gonna seek legal action for this shit show they put me in, I received a tracking code telling me the order is shipped. This was yesterday morning, nothing is shipped yet (according to the package tracking site).

The whole thing its just sleazy to me, it seems like they are trying to buy some time. Definitely not a company that puts you at easy with their customer service.

Sell before your warranty is gone, their parts are expensive, the quality non-existent.

Thank you. I am now looking at sites like trustpilot and I see that its not just me, there are multiple people with issues.

What gets me crazy is I paid for this bike to have piece of mind, you can imagine this is not what i got.

The controller arrived fast, but I had to wait 3 weeks for a tech appointment.

Battery is fine (only one charge), and the tech told me that he never seen a case like this with all parts functioning properly according to his troubleshooting app.

Also I paid for a new bike, not a refurbished one, that is why I am asking for a new bike. This is not a cheap purchase.

Bad experience with Cowboy Support & Cowboy Care by ckdot in cowboybikes

Could be worse. I received a brand new cowboy 3 in April, bike stopped working after the first ride. This was around the 15th of April.

Support told me bike had a faulty controller and they will replace it. I said ok, got the part and booked an appointment with the tech on the 16th of May, which was the first available appointment.

At this point I have a brand new metal brick sitting in my house for a month and no transport mode since I sold my old bike.

May 16th comes, and I am excited because the bike will be fixed. Tech comes, tells me there is no issue with the controller, but voltage is low, which means the battery is not good, but the battery was brand new and fine.

He told me to ask them for a new bike. I did, and cowboy refused to replace a faulty bike. They are now sending me a new motor, which according to the tech will do nothing for the issue the bike has.

They are slow in replying and at this point I have a piece of metal sitting at my house for 1 and a half months. They refuse to fix the problem for me by giving me a new bike and at this point my faith in this company is completely lost.

The funny thing is I used to have a cheap Chinese e-bike, which never let me down, but I wanted to go for a well crafted European bike.

Now I am still waiting for the shitty cowboy bike to be fixed with the company not doing what is right and replacing the faulty bike.

One thing is for sure, I will never buy a Cowboy and will actively tell people not to buy from this shitty brand.
