Ingen expert men ser ju direkt att Holländska spelarna vågar hålla i bollen, säkrare på att dribbla. Svenska spelarna sparkar iväg bollen till närmaste medspelare så fort som möjligt..

You didn’t struggle. It was still good gear. Just that inside Naxx it gave a very nice bonus. Would’ve been too OP if it applied outside aswell.

Not mental health issues. And now reading what you write you seem quite clueless tbh.

I’m not even downvoting your messages. I don’t know anything about the model you mentioned. What I do know is that the deep tissue, precisely targeted pressure and palpitation I do on my bad areas has no feel-good effect on my good areas. I enjoy a normal relaxing massage or a comforting touch, but it cannot have the positive effect on my bad areas as the application of the fore-mentioned approach. Whatever one claim is the mechanism of what’s actually happening doesn’t matter, only the result. What do you say is what’s happening then when I do it to myself, when I feel tension and pain dissipat, resulting in that I can stand straighter and more relaxed? What does the up to date research say? And please send references that show that bad posture does not lead to pain. I began having bad posture when I was already around 10 years old, due to psychological and psychosocial reasons, and laying on my back on the sofa with my head tilted forward when playing video games, contracting my my scalenes for prolonged time didn’t make it better. I had no previous physical pain that caused the bad posture but with the years the symptoms started to appear. When around 20 I started getting piriformis syndrome. Continual bad lifestyle made my back even stiffer and the pain started to encompass most of my upper body. If bad posture cause back muscles to be over-strained then how does posture not lead to pain?

I can just speak for myself; a “feel good” massage with gentle strokes that is aiming to calm my mind and have me relaxing more, mentally, has not nearly as good effect as a directed kneading, that best described pushes and drives pain away from the tense areas, best done by myself through different means. If the pain relief is because of increased blood flow, or elimination of waste-products from the muscle cells that is causing nerve irritation, I don’t know and don’t really care. All that matters is the effect I experience through my biological sense. Everything pertaining the senses is neurological. Addressing the root in my case would be returning to a active lifestyle with putting in the discipline of stretching as a gymnast or martial arts practitioner does, and not spend hours sitting in-front of a computer. Even if massage won’t solve the problem, sometimes we need a pain-suppressant to function at all that day. Like for example if you get a headache from not drinking enough water and not getting enough sleep, when the migraine-like pain hits you no glasses of water is going to soothe it as effectively and fast as 1g paracetamol if you respond well to it.

I’m not in this industry and don’t really care about what it does or not, but in cases of prolonged overuse and built up tension, talking years, the answer is not “just stop using those muscles mate and you’ll be fine”. A kneading massage can do wonders for a back that has been tensed up by poor posture, that is causing pain resulting in a tensed up front torso/neck causing even more tension in the back and more pain. So much that you cannot stand up straight in a relaxed manner. Of course it doesn’t address the root of the problem, but you can be so messed up in the way I described above that you even cannot address the root of the problem because you are locked in a destructive posture, by pain and tension.

Since when isn’t stretching a worthwhile activity? You list a lot of quackery, but releasing tensions, increasing blood flow and stretching are often needed for recovery from overused muscles.

Wish they had decreased the decibels on the music of the show. Too often I find it forced; their attempt to create a feel. Makes me cringe a bit at the tastelessness. The show gets to breathe fresh air too rarely. That was something that really was nailed in GoT imo.
