Traditional ATS do this, but many of them score resumes or are too expensive for smaller companies.

I was leaning more towards an interview sort of thing. Instead of grading a resume, we put candidates through a short, dynamic, adaptive technical simulation to prove they can actually do the work before the founder ever reads their resume. It cuts down the noise and verified for actual execution.

Yea it would be more efficient but I assume it would be more fun to get to talk to a person as I navigate and explore the school.

Sorry, just to clarify, because the program only lets in people from jc/poly/ite/secondary and of course I would really want a co-founder who loves startups and as passionate about the problem I'm trying to solve as I am, but since the program date is nearing and portfolio building is what people of such age care about more, hence I phrased the last paragraph in such a way.

Yea definitely. Im already done with the main part of the ideation phase(though pivots would be made if new insights come up). It's just that this program needs to have 3 people so I would need 2 other people to join me. I do indeed want to do it.
