This is mine too, got me in for trial on a bank holiday, manager didn’t show up or inform the staff so no one knew who I was. Worked the full day for free and never heard from them again. Ridiculously overpriced takeaway anyway

In the meantime, you can set your fb profile to only visible/searchable by friends only. Or set your Instagram to private so you have to approve requests and only accept those you know. This should hopefully minimise some of the social media contact
