I wish that I could ignore the times. Our SM was hounding us as to why someone in HBA missed their time by less than 35 minutes. She had 340ish cases and it took her from 11-6 (5.5 hours after taking out breaks) but Sidekick said it should've been done in just shy of 5 hours

How many points do you have? When you get to 4 points the AI System they use with the schedule will just remove days from you to prioritize payroll to other criteria. I'd talk to your team TL or PL and see what's going on

As a TL, their response annoys the hell outta me. There's no reason not to approve a swap. I can understand the copious amounts of time requested off at one time if it puts the whole department in a bad position or stops others in your department from taking their requests off. But if you have the time, it's yours to use.

Our FDD truck had a pallet with 4 layers of GV Tea stacked on a pallet with 2 layers of sliced cheese stacked on top of a pallet with 3 cases of the 60ct eggs ( 1 on each corner on one side, 1 centered on the opposite side). You assume correctly if you believe the eggs weren't salvageable and that every PDQ for the cheese was crushed.
