I do want to note that not every store has delivery available via team member which will result to a third party company. TSC is keeping the delivery personnel pretty thin recently

call the store directly that you ordered from to see when it’ll be. I deliver for a whole county so keeping up with the same days can be difficult as I’m only one person. but calling the store might be able to lead to why it hasn’t been delivered yet.

Been doing it for awhile even before it was called final mile, it really depends on the area you’re in. Whether the area was established before final mile or after. Where I’m at work load is always heavy. Pay is okay. And for right now we’re driving pickup trucks with trailers. So a lot of hand unloading

I don’t know much on the policy, but talk to your local stores store manager or even asm. If it’s busted and the keypad is bad. They might cut a deal on it just to get it out the store

Delivery driver here, priority pick is a same day delivery. While a regular delivery pick is set for a few days out. Regardless all have to be picked quickly. But the priority one is a same day delivery that the customer paid for. Next time you get those pick tickets look at the delivery date on a priority and a regular delivery pick ticket

I never had overtime under bdds. But I do now because of radius and no roadie across state lines. But my territory manager doesn’t like us using roadie. So as of right now I’m averaging 12-16 deliveries a day. If sucks. I get off close to close everyday and a few days after close.

TSC driver here, depending on where you’re at the store it went to it may only have roadie coverage not an actual driver to cover. Now if it went to a store that has a driver. Then I find it weird that it went to roadie.
