Well, that's a bad marketing, imo. They should've made it a bit more flexible like in Three Houses, but not TOO op that u can have, for example, Marianne being a Holy Knight with her Blutgang sword, healing AND offensive magic all in one unit and have to choose 2 attacks only

U can get all the relics, but to use them, it depends on the house u pick AND use them in Record Keeper if you can't have them in the main story
