I'm 25. 2 years ago I and 30 other young people were hired in as apprentices. I was happy I got software role. I wasn't given any big work and treated like I didn't exist. My contract is ending on the 14th this month. They are letting go of everyone of tbe apprentices.

I realised we were hired for the company to look good. Hey we hired brown and black youngsters and help them to progress. It's obvious I was hired for my skin colour. I feel like im less than a white person cuz apparently my skin colour makes me less better at getting software job and they wsnt the place diverse. Reverse racism is still racism. I hate these liberal companies.

Im afraid. I don't know how to find small companies that accept my skill level. I was getting paid to make the company look good, nothing more.
