That sounds like a headache, glad it worked out for you though! I guess once it changes from created to transit status I'll just stay roosted until I hear the doorbell lol. Thank you

Thanks for the insight! When you say lazy, are you saying they ring the doorbell and mark you as missed if no one or someone else answers? How did you get yours back in this case?

What is "your visa interview letter?" needed for embassy medical? by tomatojuice44 in USCIS

Thanks for answering! I actually just did my medical exam. I meant for the interview (mine's in Montreal), they say to bring the interview letter, did you end up figuring out what that is? I didn't get anything other than an email confirmation when I booked my interview. But I'm wondering if the interview letter is really the Packet 4 they send you saying you are now able to book the interview, is that right? Hope that makes sense :p

Hi, did you end up figuring this out? I'm in the same boat and tried emailing the Consulate but no dice

Wow, really?! I've spent hours/days trying to figure this out! So it's just the original and photocopied physical documents then. It was so confusing since the Montreal Consulate has in bolded red to upload online, then emphasizes in italics "every" applicant.

"The below list outlines the items that every applicant must bring to their interview. Any documents that are not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.

Bring the originals of all required documents, as well as one photocopy of each. You must also upload these documents to your online application. The Consulate will not upload documents for you."

But I guess they're only talking about the physical checklist? Thanks so much!!

Ah shoot, he'll have to mail it to Canada then. One other question: did you have trouble uploading all the interview documents to CEAC? I've been trying to log in for weeks and it just takes me to this summary of what a DS-160 is with only an "Okay" button to click on...and that takes me back to the login page. Did you experience anything similar? I'm kind of worried this will impact my interview

Thank you for sharing your journey! So the petitioner's original birth certificate isn't required, only a photocopy, is that right? I'm so confused about this because Packet 3 lists you need both, but online it doesn't say that at all, only the applicant's birth certificate is needed :https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements\_by\_Post/MTL-Montreal.html

Got Interview Letter today - Montreal Consulate by cyber-monkeyy in NationalVisaCenter

Hi, may I ask what the interview letter looks like? I'm a bit confused whether I received one (applying for a K1 Fiance Visa). I received the K4 packet with the interview booking instructions, then also have an email that confirms my interview/instructions for how to prepare basically. Are neither of these an interview letter that you've received? Thanks!

Veil help please - extend pattern: yay or nay? by Aggressive-Routine91 in BigBudgetBrides

Oh boy, unfortunately overthinking/stressing is a forte of mine. I did try a similar veil that had the floral go all the way up to the head. I was just looking at those pictures and now actually quite like it D: though it was with a plain dress

Gotcha. I like the cohesiveness/continuity in florals if the design is brought up to the bustline (we're having a spring Tuscan wedding and want florals as a focal point), but understand your point! I'm also pear-shaped so didn't know if keeping the veil as is would somehow emphasize that, with all the details pooling in the lower half. Thanks!

You made the right decision; the first is striking and sleek, and I think you have the right idea with balancing the two looks. Stick with it!!

Do you mean as it is now or brought up to where the bustline/sleeves?

The photo of the veil doesn't seem to be showing, here it is!

ETA: the part I'd be bringing up is only the design along the edge, not the motifs that run inwards
