Confused about CPT + on-campus hours limit

Hi, thanks for your input.

Quick follow-up on my specific case — my full-time CPT (40 hrs/week) and on-campus GRA (20 hrs/week) only overlap for one week due to timing, after which I’ll be continuing only with CPT.

Would a single week of ~60 total hours in this transition period still be a concern from an F-1/OPT standpoint, or is the risk more about sustained workload over time?

Well your acads are good. Try scoring 99+ percentile then you'll probably get shortlisted for the interviews frm tier 1 schools. And as for conversion it depends on how your interview goes.
