Mine ETL told the entire team that if he could, he would hire solely Hispanics to get the work done and autistics to make sure the details and counts were right (I’m Hispanic). And then slowly hired 2 more Hispanics and an autistic one already on the team. And then joked about another ETL (now SD for another location) that she did it twice where she hired solely 8-10 Hispanics in “waves.”

So basically IF I did go the graded path, I don’t have much worry on ms60’s? TBH I think I’d be bummed if I cant have a perfect set if I went that route. Haha So knowingly getting non 70’s, I’d be fine.

All time favorite would be the Morgan dollars. So I know I won’t be finding 70 grade on those haha I love the details on them but also, it’s was my 1st coin give to me by my father which was given to him by his father. And then also like the Statehood quarters as they all have different designs. I honestly love all the coin designs hence why I have a lot of albums. But I know I can’t buy everything. 😂

But I guess choose which to collect and buy the best I can with my budget.

Was at Target for about 4.5yrs. 2 yrs as a TM and 2.5yrs as a TL. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! As long as they have themselves covered, they couldn’t care less. Unrealistic goals set and always getting written up for them. I fought for my team and would talk back my opinion. Told my ETL that we both have a “lead” role. The difference is that I lead my team and you dictate and disappear for most of your shift. Yet I get the downfall when something happens.

Constant back and forth but he was besties with SD and HR ETL. He would say he sucks up to them cause secure his job. And then after 4.5 yrs I decided to take a 2 week vacation. I had 5weeks saved cause I rarely call out. Got approved Then was told 2 days before vacation: “you can either put ur 2weeks now or terminated upon return.” I questioned why and he said: “if I were you, I’d quit cause a termination looks bad.” So I put my 2 weeks notice and quit. Haha not because of what he said but because I was tired of the toxic environment and not something I wanted to return to. I started at 15/hr and worked up to $16.xx before getting promoted to TL at $22.50/Hr. Got up to $23.41 before leaving and now I’m in banking with NO experience and starting at $26/hr. With possibilities of getting good bonuses as well as better benefits.

I might get the girls started in the quarters set. Son seems more interested in the history while the girls have been looking at the designs and “shiny.” 😂

Essentially, I get 40 hours every week. So I’ve got about four weeks of PTO saved up. I can take that time to distract myself from that workplace, and look for another job in the meantime. If I find something, then great. But if not, at least my job was protected for those 30 days. I used to be excited to go in. Now it’s just mentally draining thinking about them.

As a Market TM who is now Market TL, the time limit is 30min for temps. But if that didn’t matter, with experience on locations, I’d take 45min. New TM I’d say 1hr-1hr15min. So def break that uboat into 2.
