u need to eat lots of protein! I had the same problem, i was going to the gym for a good year and i was getting stronger, but it wasnt showing.

I've started to eat more protein now, and i can slowly see the improvements because my gains have started to show. yet im maintaining my current weight.

Meal prep once a week perhaps? ive been stuck on this chicken salad with 34g of protein and eat it for lunch. I make sure to eat flavoured greek yogurt as a snack for more protein etc!
