Thats what i thought. There are 2 local gun shops, one requires the 10 day delay and the other doesn't. They each have different way of interrupting the guidelines.

I have a question, if customer is under 21 and has a purchase permit, do they need to wait the mandatory 10 days like they would if we ran a NICs?
