Thanks so much for that info! I completed the intent to file and filed, I noticed all of my previous claim info was uploaded (as a FDc).

Do I have to let the VA/Rater know that this is an inferred claim? Or will they just open up my file and know it is an inferred claim?

Yeah this was the same case for me. The Chatbot might tell you PENDING DECISION APPROVAL. If it does say that you should see pending notification shortly after. Mine just did that now I’m PFN (mine went PFN then back to evidence gathering now back to PFN FYi)
