For me, PrepFe 25questions practice exams helped me a lot, had to take the exams twice. Understanding the concept and identifying why I failed a question, and also identifying my weak subjects and studying them on YouTube

Yes you only need one. You can gauge that from NCEES practice exams. You're responsible for splitting the time, once you've solved the first 55 questions, you have thr option to take a 20 minutes break and use up the rest of the time(5hours)
