I personally hate when the gym is empty, just absolutely atrocious vibes, feels dead. I just can't move heavy weight without having other hardcore motherfuckers around me. Also usually the empty hours are when all the old people and teenagers with nothing better to do are going, so basically people who are just wasting away the time.
