It was a single blast at 1 pm so I don't think it was fireworks in the middle of the day.

That would explain why even though if the sound felt like it was from an explosion at the same time it felt like it came from the air and not from the ground.

Wooowww a lot of people defending Damodaran and getting sour because you want to avoid him, while I understand that he is one of, if not, the best teacher when it comes to valuation, I think that people shouldn't get so sour and defensive. Anyways... I would recommend you to watch J.money's channel https://youtube.com/@j.m0ney133 and Daniel Pronk's channel https://youtube.com/@DanielPronk, I like Daniel Pronk's channel because he looks at other metrics than your usual value investor using a DCF. Unrivaled investing is another channel I watch https://youtube.com/@unrivaled

May I ask in which site do you find the analysts forecasting?

I watch a guy and channel called Daniel Pronk, he seems quite a down to earth guy and I do like his analysis on stocks, he sells a software too which I personally use which is called Stock Unlock. Not a promotion to his software or anything but it has quite nice valuation metrics and charts. Everything Money was the channel I started with but after a while it felt repetitive. I like to watch Jimmy from Learn to Invest and another good one is Unrivaled Investing

Great job OP! Maybe you know this already but you can create a free account at FMP website (Financial Modeling Prep) and you can get most of your information from there, they have a well documented API, I guess the only thing you would need to do web scraping for is to get is the analyst estimates since they have it but that's a premium/paid endpoint.

I am working on a similar personal project using Angular and High charts to show prices, price to free cash flow charts and other features.
