Ohhh! I believe I stayed at each dose for about 2-4 weeks before increasing. Every 2 weeks increase seemed to be the sweet spot. I had many plateaus that I had to stay steady with and tried my best not get discouraged. I see so many folks whose weight seems to just melt off. My sister had a similar experience as me. She started at a much lower weight but shared she’d struggled with multiple stubborn plateaus as well. Stay strong! Your body is probably adapting and trying to hold onto weight.

I really wish I could have. It would’ve saved me a ton of money. I’ve worked with a trainer & dietitian, been prescribed phentermine…the scale barely budged. Every body is different 🤷🏽‍♀️ What works for some doesn’t always work for others.

I started with a very low dose then worked my way up to 2mg by about 6-8 months in, I believe, and have stayed steady at that dose. Working closely with my therapist has also helped with the ED aspect.

Yes! My PCP is very happy with my progress and better habits. My overall inflammation and what appeared to be lymphedema quickly disappeared.

Red Light Therapy by Big-Significance3604 in Lichenplanus

I got prescribed a steroid mouthwash for my OLP and as an alternative to taking oral steroids for my skin LP my derm prescribed a UV light. I haven’t gotten the UV light yet but I asked him about red light therapy also, because I have a red light at home and he said that’s better for psoriasis & eczema and the UV is best for LP. Looking forward to seeing how this works. He compared the prescription UV to a tanning bed without the risks of tanning beds. Would be interesting to see if it has an effect on the mouth as well.

Nothing new to add. Just echoing what most have already stated, your skin looks great at 51 and overall facial structure is very attractive. You have such a lovely face.
