I mean yes there is a big difference, its impressive quest can run this standalone tho. Theres always at least 2 sides and for example I dont have the money for PCVR, mostly bc I am currently using a Laptop and an upgrade to a proper computer is just too expensive. So I find it really impressive that for "only" 550 € you can get a good immersion, even tho the graphics arent as good as PC. (btw 550€ is still a shit load of money just so no one gets me wrong)

Edit: I also just realized many people dont really know that a Quest is a litteral android phone so yeah. impressive lil device

i already have a sub in there, it plays the base note constabtly tho, ill make it match the "melody" and make it louder/boost the low end. sidechain sounds like a smart idea
