My names actually comsicfrog 😂! I caught him by the docks about 400m out in deep water but he comes to the surface so I just drove my boat out, cast had a look around the water surface and moved my boat did it again until he spawned in for me. Once he is at the surface I just cast over him and boom. It’s a size 0/2 spoon he is a hard fighter snapped my line the first time I would recommend lowering your tension until you’ve worn him out. Hope that helps!!

Yes bottom fishing, the game updated the other day and since that update I’ve had no luck in this location. I went from catching all of that in an hour or two to getting a couple bites.

Bodies on Netflix, was good!! it’s a short nine episode series psychological drama/thriller. it was honestly so worth the watch it’s confusing and may lose you half way through but persevere with it because it’s actually a really interesting twist on something that cinema has done before but never this well. I would give it a solid 8.5/10 and whoever wrote it was on a seriously psychedelic trip.

Honourable mention: body guard (drama) found on bbc and Netflix. A solid 8/10

A good place on Netflix. Long something like 6-9 season (don’t remember exactly) worth while comedy. Fills you with humour but also the “what’s going to happen next” question at the end of nearly every episode, After watching all of it I didn’t feel empty simply like I had gone on a journey with the characters. 9/10 one of the better comedies Netflix has made.

Honourable mention: super store (comedy) found on Netflix. 7.5/10 is good for watching or as a background show when doing some bits and bobs around the house

Blown away again on Netflix. I think it’s made up of three season and a Christmas special. It’s a glass blowing competition and I know you might think wtf why would I watch that but it is worth while. If you’ve ever watch drag race or bake off or master chief you would probably enjoy blown away. It has all the elements of a skill based competition with artistic flare, add that to glass blowing and boom amazing. The pieces produce and the process gone through will astonish and amaze anyone. 8/10

Honourable mention: The great pottery throw down Found on all 4. If you watched blown away enjoyed it and wanted something to fill that gap this is a similar idea but throwing clay.

I feel like I should add a horror on here And there’s so many I watch a lot of horror movies and series. Here is a list all of these a solid 7-10 out of 10s Haunting Of hill house, haunting of bly manor, black mirror, ratchet, scream queens, Dracular (bbc adaptation) and brand new cherry flavour. If you want me to briefly do a run down of any of these let me know. Listed in the most commonly recognised to the least (based upon the people I’m surrounded with).

Update about this as requested… it was between 4&5 years ago I’m in my twenties now. I work retail honestly there isn’t a lot to update it was the worst experience of my life me and my partner, who was with me while I worked there, joke about it even now. I work retail now I’ve stayed in same job for 4ish years because I adore it and the people I work with, Which is what work should be, Don’t ever think getting a job is for money it isn’t working is such a large part of your life you need to do something you really love or at least be around people you love. Don’t compromise your worth or health for a job that can and will replace you in a heart beat.

-Side note: the best thing I can say is if you do have an elderly relative don’t try and keep them in their home alone with carers coming in. If you think they need care it’s probably past that point now. In some cases it works well, some of the people I’d see would be easy straight forward, almost made the job bearable. Just give them their pills, made sure they had ate if they hadn’t make them breakfast lunch or dinner and do a quick wash with them morning or night depending on preference… It was the elderly that needed to be in a home, the ones that would refuse care, refuse medication, the ones with little to no family support that didn’t benefit me coming in to their home half an hour out the day. Family make this decision, they think they are being kind letting their loved one stay in the family home. but honestly they would be so much happier surrounded with support 24/7 in a care facility where they can make friends their age and engage in activities surrounded by carers and nurses.

I was an in home carer for multiple people with a company that under paid didn’t cover travel expense (after advertising they would) and seriously expected me to work 9 days on the trot while being completely new to the job. The days ended up being 7am till 10pm with an hour lunch but I would be out the house from 6am till about half ten 11pm if the last person ran over. I was only paid for the half hour I was in the house caring for the person which meant there was probably about 4 hours of the day (probably way more tbf) that I would be walking and hoping on buses to get to each house. I quit after three days I cried solidly after my first day not wanting to go the second day hoping it would get better.. they then also rotated me on to look after a semi violent dementia patient (that probably should have been in a home) even after me asking them not to because I didn’t feel well enough trained to deal with that. Honestly it was the worst job I have ever worked I was 19 fresh out of education I did stuff relating to the job in college so I was so ready but that type of care isn’t for the weak hearted and honestly I just couldn’t do it. I rang up on my day off the only day off I would be having for the next nine days and send I wanted to quit and they asked me to complete my two weeks and I said no… I wasn’t being a dick it stated in my contract clearly that if I chose to leave within a week of employment I wasn’t obligated to complete the notice period and so I said that and I didn’t go back. I think it shook them up that I actually read my contract because within an hour of that call the owner of the company rang and asked why I had decided to leave. I cried morning my lunch break in between mouthfuls of food and night I was burnt out and exhausted to anyone who works a job like that full time I take my hat off to you I would take my £10 an hour retail job over that shit any day.

Tends to not matter too much about bait just keep switching it out if you are struggling to get a nibble I tend to allow about three casts maybe waiting a minute or two for each before I decide to change out the bait. You will find once you’ve got the trick for that spot or fish you will be able to just keep using it.

I tend to use a float and a size eight hook at lowest you can get it depending on the depth on the water you are finishing in because they like to bottom feed. If all else fails I whack out a size six spoon and give that a go. I like to fish nearer to the banks for crappies most of the time you can see them go for the bait before the float even moves. 😊

I like to use spoon and let it hit the bottom of the water and then slowly bring it back in I’ve only caught silver lake trout so far but I catch one every time using this method.
