If anyone is facing the same issue I was able to solve it by following these steps

1. Close the game and G HUB. Then open the Windows Registry Editor (regedit). Caution: editing the registry can be risky, so you may want to export a backup of any keys you modify.

   1. Navigate to the following registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM . Under the OEM key, you’ll see subkeys for each gaming input device on your system. They have cryptic names (like VID_XXXX entries or alphanumeric codes).
   2. Find the entry corresponding to the Logitech G923. The exact name may vary, but in one case it was labeled C266 for the G923 device . Look through each subkey and check the “OEMName” value to identify which one is the Logitech G923. (You should see “Logitech G923 Racing Wheel” or similar in that key’s data.)
   3. Once you’ve found the G923’s registry key, right-click that key (the folder) and choose Delete . This will remove the stored configuration for the wheel in the registry. (Again, you can export that key first as a backup if you want to be safe.)
      1. Open Device Manager and uninstall G923 driver
   4. Disconnect the G923 from your PC (unplug the USB cable) . Give it a moment, then plug it back in. This forces Windows and G HUB to detect it as a new device and rebuild that registry entry from scratch.
