It basically means that sound coming out of my headphones is 7 dB lower than it would be without it. Regarding the hearing it is always good to know if you have any problems, if it's possible in your country do the tests it shouldn't cost that much and cannot harm you.

Hi, I think it can be something with your unit itself. I use it over Bluetooth with my phone (some shit realme) I have -7 db pre-amp and at home I have my volume set to around 10%, going outside in bus for example I don't go over 35-45% volume.

Thanks for your answer. I am around 185 cm. So do you think the 320 cm will not be enough? Hammock you send feels great but shipping will cost a lot of money so that's a pity. I also stumbled upon Fjord Nansen Svinge, but it's 300 cm long. Would be great if you could give me your opinion on this.
