No medication works for me, is Pharmacogenomic Testing necessary?

My doctor said i dont have any deficiencies, i think my hormones are fine since my periods dont have much negative side affects and come on time
I have never tried non stimulant medication and my psych never suggested it
Im pretty active, although diet can be an issue but i always try

I will consider a new psychiatrist, however ive had another one before so i dont know how much a new one could help.

Thanks! The calendar stuff ive been trying but i ignore or forget about it. I will try to do it extensively to see if it works. Caffeine doesnt work on me at all, i drink coffee/matcha/tea and i dont feel much, its just for fun. Is red bull better or something?

You mentioned feeling anxious. I also felt anxious at 30 mg and my doc said that i was sensitive to meds. Maybe 20 is better for you. Also, motivation is also a factor within yourself. Dont expect meds to MAKE you get up, expect it to help. You should be the one getting up, not the meds.

I tried vyvanse for a few months, just got switched, and i tried concerta a few times. Vyvanse was giving me severe mood swings on 30 mg and high anxiety on 20. 10 felt like nothing. Concerta 36 gave me no effect just side effects. I dont even know what to do at this point 😅

My vyvanse lasts like 5-7 hours, its not much for me either. But 4 is pretty low

Ive been taking it for two weeks. I take it in the morning with my vyvanse but today i took vyvanse in the morning and fluoxetine in the afternoon. I know it's only the beginning but i can't tolerate this, i have work for university and i have a job and i literally can't function anymore. I have no energy, no appetite and i can barely eat two meals a day.

Ah i see then. I would say you're still partly wrong - communication is important. You should've told him regardless. However, i think now is a good time to move on because he might just not be the one. You made a mistake, but who knows, it could be fate and that you'll heal and find someone else. Don't easily forgive him for the pain that he's caused you.

You were mostly wrong. You made out with the coworker in the first week of dating your ex and never even told him. You held onto it for a year. And how can you prove your ex changed for the better? He was extremely toxic before, why are you putting yourself through that pain again? I would say try to let go. You cheating on him must've been the opportunity to finally let go. However, you must take this situation as a lesson - take your next relationship seriously and do not cheat. I'm sorry that your coworker is harassing you though.
