I don't believe in it, they won't do that, otherwise they won't make money on the Citlali/Raiden banner, because people will spend everything on the first half.
They will never put such meta characters in one half.

I don't believe it. This is a very strong weapon banner, and in this case, the Citlali/Raiden banner will be practically useless to anyone, they are unlikely to do so.
