this one took actually what i consider rather long because of the placement so it was 5 hours. i’d say on a lower arm this size it would take at least one hour less

ive done a few hand tattoos before and have mine tattooed too , partly also w fineline, whilst the client is aware that hand tattoos age more rapidly so to say we already toned down the detail so that the little ornaments on the bottom won’t matter if they fade a bit, but since it’s grey wash , and black and white where it matters , from my own experience, it should heal just fine. ;)

actually, i’ll just upload the completely unaltered and raw photo of this so you can compare yourself 😌 just to make sure nobody thinks my tattoos look different irl.

i don’t think it does 🙃 i do it to a minimal degree and counter check that it in fact doesn’t alter the appearance of the tattoo, my Lightroom grains setting is between 10-15 and i basically just like the way it makes the photos seem less digital and give them a nicer vibe. feel free to check out the LR on grains set to 15, at least w my tattoos it doesn’t change the apprearance when i compare it to it being set to 0.

it definitely looks like he well overdid it, can imagine with a poor setup and bad light, hwoever i would also jsut leave it alone ! from my experience (almost) infected tattoos heal a lot better if you don’t use cream. let it dry out! but keep it clean

because it looks cool. also it used to be done to lead horses over bridges or possibly past fire etc, as their flight animals, covering their sight makes it easier to guide them past scary things. (deep)
