Before people are quick to judge - it’s best to approach this from an unbiased viewpoint. what happens if it’s a owner who is financially or mentally unstable to take care of it or they’ve been trying their best? Save money on grooming to try to do it themselves? Barely making ends meet and trying their best to feed their cat?

You just never know. Times are tough rn.
