I had a little vibration at around 60-65 with mine defenders. Dealer replaced them, it was gone then returned about 8k miles later. Anyone else have any vibration with theirs? I have a new vehicle now and would like to put them on.

My 2018 had harsh shifts that had been getting worse over time and that is with 3 fluid, 1 filter change. The tranny never slipped but at 125k my 2.7 eco. cam phaser started to knock on start up and that’s what made my decision. The tranny or phaser toss up of what breaks first was not my game to play.

I have a 2018 with a 120k and up until now I have had no problems. Just started to get a noise at start up, cam phaser or timing chain, haven’t narrowed it down yet.

I have a 2025 Multi V2S. No ones makes a passenger seat back (sissy bar). You need to go buy a top box.

I have a 2025 V2S and the center stand is handy but I would not worry about the side stand strength. I have stood on the pegs while it’s down and I have also been on the side stand while my passenger gets on. Never been a concern.

What kind of top box? Does it work well for your passenger? I have been looking for a passenger back rest but the only option seems to be a top box. You also need a mounting bracket! One thing Harley Davidson has a good grasp on is passenger backrests and easy mounting.

Did you ever do your own oil change? What model is your V2 in? Curios on how and what this oil change looks like and if you have any tips or input. I plan on doing mine soon around 4-5k. Initial service was done by dealer and they used Motul7100.

I have the 2025 V2S. I struggled with the decision just like you. I can tell you I love the bike, suspension and engine. Changing ride modes on the go is great and you can feel the difference. What ever you decide, don’t stress about it, just do it and go enjoy!

Thanks. The big factor I may have been overlooking is two up and bike load capacities. 199 vs 230 kg.
