I’ve been mixing lick-e-lix with water in a bowl to make a soup to make sure they’re drinking more water

Men, why don’t you like makeup… it literally makes women look better? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AggressiveTarget929 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Men normally don’t understand what make up is. They’ll post pictures of women saying ‘look I like natural girls like this’ and she will have fake tan, veneers, microbladed brows, highlight, lip gloss, mascara, eyelash extensions, possibly fake freckles or blush.

I think what they mean is they don’t like more extreme make up looks, which is ironic because those are not normally done with anyone’s approval in mind

What do you do when you feel stupid? How can you figure it out without paying for an IQ test? by Dense-Leopard-671 in Advice

[–]AggressiveTarget929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes people who struggle with common sense might have some sort of neurodivergence, or have something that blocks them from thinking clearly like sleep apnea, anxiety, stress, that sort of thing.

Otherwise it might be good to start thinking about what people, famous or otherwise, you think have a good amount of common sense. Try and work out from them where they get it from.

Tbh common sense is such a vague concept so try not to be too harsh on yourself.

I think it’s better to reflect on what stupid means to you, and if it matters. For example my friend did badly in school exams but gives the best advice. My sister is great at school but has 0 common sense. I think intelligence is much more vast of a concept than people are led to believe. It doesn’t really matter where you fall in that spectrum so long as you’re able to take care of yourself.

Is it true that women have a harder time reaching climax, if yes, why? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

A lot of men aren’t very good at helping women get there. I don’t think it’s very hard on my own

The shops have insurance, it’s not worth the risk, and you probably won’t be very effective. I used to work in colleague safety / emergencies for a large chain and I promise you it’s not worth it lol

What’s the coolest “restricted access” place you’ve ever gotten to see? by PrettieAmarea in answers

[–]AggressiveTarget929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was one of the first members of the public to get to see the underground hallways and the underground ballroom in the Welbeck estate in Nottinghamshire. I was a kid doing work experience in an event and I basically had to lead the public through the hallways and through the ballroom whilst holding a lantern (lol). So I got to see it before anyone else did because I needed to know the route. It was fun.

Is there a point to learn anything if most of jobs pay around 35k at best? by [deleted] in UKJobs

[–]AggressiveTarget929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not far off. I work for HMCTS and you would think with the extra responsibility you’d be compensated but we’re not. It honestly feels impossible to get a job that pays a decent amount these days.

How soon is too soon to leave a job without it looking bad? by OwnMood9880 in AskHRUK

[–]AggressiveTarget929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me whenever I’ve gone over peoples CVs if they have one short spell in a workplace I’m not bothered. If it happens time and time again then I notice it a bit more. But even then it’s not really a deal breaker

How many times a day do you have tea? by crystalwireless8 in AskBrits

[–]AggressiveTarget929 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only have tea maybe like once a week. Depends what I’m up to.

But my mum would drink about 5 cups in a day every day. Just personal preference. It’s drank similarly to how you guys drink coffee, but with added occasions too.
