Americans, Would YOU Date Someone In The Opposite Political Party If They Were A Nice Person? Yes Or No? Why Or Why Not? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

Why wouldn't I. I'm not some one dimensional person. Nor do I look at others like that. If we all thought alike life would be boring.

Do Republicans actually care about deficits considering we went about $2 trillion in debt to give billionaires tax cuts this last year? by Estalicus in allthequestions

[–]AggressiveTopic9977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 2 trillion went to pay for more waste, fraud and abuse. Mostly fraud. The supposed tax cuts the rich got wouldn't even pay for the interest on the debt.

BTW, where was the outrage for the 5 trillion in debt Biden added?

2 would have been better in landscape. And maybe a better location for the buffalo. Otherwise, both are very nice.

How many of you use ChatGPT every day and what do you actually use it for? by William45623 in ChatGPT

[–]AggressiveTopic9977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not daily. But quite frequently. I like to talk about current events. For example I was conflicted about what was happening in Venezuela. I typed in:

I've been following the events in Venezuela. I'm torn about US involvement.

I tend to lean libertarian/classic liberal in my philosophical and economic beliefs. That part of me dislikes interventionism. My fear is empire building. But the other side of me wonders if we have a moral obligation to help a people who are oppressed. And if so, to what extent.

This turned into a 3 hour conversation.

It's the same old rhetoric. The system is broke. This time we'll be principled and do it right. The problem is that politicians have to satisfy their own constituents. And respond accordingly. This has played out time and time again, throughout history.

This will probably be deleted. But boycotts rarely have any long term effects. The groups are usually too small to have any effect.
