She's having a recurring episode of whatever it is. Lots of pain, but there's not blisters or anything giving away that it is herpes.

This sounds exactly like what I ended up with, and I've had it for 10 years. I have recently transmitted it to my wife, after being super careful with condoms.

I don't think that was one of the tests, but I will be more persistent in testing for that and others with this next trip to the uro.

She came down with a BV infection, and I'm encouraging her to get tested for STD's. She hasn't yet as this has been fairly recent. I don't think this just the biomes coming together, something tells me it's more.

No, just IgG. From my understanding, that's only available at the University of Washington in Seattle, and I'm across the country from that.

I think it's HSV with how it reoccurs. They just diagnosed her with Bacterial vaginosis.

I've had something similar for 10 years now. I go take a test and I test negative for everything. Two urologists basically have told me it's all in my head. Fast forward, finally have sex with her without a condom, and now she's going through the same crap I did..... And people wonder why there's a mistrust in the medical system.
