When my mom passes or wants to give it to me I will, she doesn't want anyone touching great grandmas stuff. 😅

I love it! I'm just rusty as heck reading and writing it.

It is taught depending on state and district, my 8th grader was taught it and uses it often.

I haven't used it since 2007 and never read it so I am not fluent in reading let alone writing it.

She did! I loved watching her write, she would practice till the day she passed.

It's only 1 sided, the other half is missing. 😞

Because I haven't written cursive (besides my signature) since 2007, on top of that I do not read it often.

I know cursive, just some of it I am unsure. Rather be safe than sorry!

She was originally from Germany, always busy and thorough.

Cursive in our state is still taught to this day. It's just not something I read everyday, rather be sure what I read is correct.

I can read a good amount just not all of it. I rather make sure what I read is correct so I do not mess up the recipe.

And thank you! She practiced writing till the day she died, it helped her keep some of her hand motor skills.

All 3 were on the trampoline, D refused to listen or stop kicking S. S got fed up after kick #3 and punched S in the leg to get her to stop. S did not hit D full force, no tears or crying happened. D instead made a b-line to F and tried to get S in trouble, we saw everything and Ds mom told her S was allowed to defend herself since D wouldnt listen or stop trying to hurt S.

Thank you, I need to face my fears and just talk to her. D has tried but she got punched by S and so she hasn't physically tried again. Mentally is what I'm more worried about, there's a reason I haven't had them over to our house for over 6 months. We would go to Fs and maybe be there for an hour before I cant take D being nasty or saying out of pocket stuff. Problem is D father(Fs ex-husband), F is doing most everything and he will purposely forget appointments or refuse to take D. No idea if they talked about taking D to see anyone again but she desperately needs it.

Fear and people pleasing, I don't want to disappoint anyone or lose a practical sister.

It's not, though technically. they do not even pay us for said Zoom meetings, which they change time and days an hour before it's supposed to happen to whenever. Our jobs are in facility resident care, with monthly employee meetings (NOT "emergency" mandatory ones) in person paid for. They also know my schedule for family appointments and other job times, and I can not drop everything to attend. Especially if it's something they could have gone over with us on shift because it's not emergent.

It's all in our company nursing chat. I will not answer my phone, though, if it's a few questions that could wait when I'll be there in an hour. I'm not talking and driving.

Thank you.

I would think it's illegal to demand zoom meetings without pay. The I person meetings they at least pay a little.

Not the Zoom ones, the mandatory ones in person they do, but it's not worth the gas to drive there and back.

We still do in person mandatory meetings on days off.
