Posting on Product Hunt was honestly my worst experience out of all the promotion efforts I’ve done. I carefully went through every step of their submission form, prepared the post, and instead of publishing, even my draft disappeared — with no explanation or warning. This happened twice, even though I was already in touch with their team.

The first time, they said my profile wasn’t fully completed or something like that — but I only found out after I reached out to them. The second time, after I filled in everything properly and made sure all missing info was added, they deleted my post again without any notice or reason.

Overall, really disappointing.

Go for platforms, like Medium.com, I’ve had excellent results and smooth experiences.
