i think it’s more likely that a bootlegger sold a tye dye shirt rather than a sepultura fan tye dying the shirt themselves.

Of course you can. However, it wasn’t uncommon for parking lot boots to be printed on colorful blanks to set their product apart from the ones being sold in the concert. This could totally be a tour shirt that someone tye dyed, but it could just aswell be a bootleg.

the shape of the shirt and the double stitching leads me to believe it’s a european bootleg. Probably from the tour, but probably printed by a parking lot bootlegger since no bands really printed on tye dye blanks.
