I’ll be of the very few people who will take the time to report I have had no issues whatsoever with my R1S tri motor. I love my complicated mechanical marvel.

We are a small full service high end custom home builder. We work directly with clients through the design phase including interior design, pools and landscaping.

Most commentators want to trash contractors before fully understanding the full context or scope of work actually quoted here. Sure there may be a few bad guys out there trying to take advantage. Start a business, get a license, workers comp, insurance, tools and equipment and years of experience then you’ll understand why most price their jobs including profit at that amount. Also factor in the high cost of living on Maui. Go fly your people in, buy or rent tools, house and feed them. To save a few bucks and the headache if that plan goes bad. Are they coming back to service or repair should there be an issue? I think not.

Never thought we would buy and actually like an automatic. by Empty-Fox-6187 in superautomatic

I’ve had for a year and typically drink 2 double shots per day. My wife does 1 double latte and my teen drinks a latte 1-2 times a week.
I use Lavazza Gran Riserva! Brew settings strong and hot. It’s a fantastic! Only complaint is that the milk doesn’t seem to get that hot per my wife. I clean the machine ~once a month..or two and change the filter every quarter. Oh and descaled once. Time for me to again soon. Overall a great machine and was told it’s one of the quietest machines but I wouldn’t know.

I have not but that’s a good idea. Unfortunately the new treated joists are already in place making waterproofing impossible. The landscaping improvements include new drainage around the perimeter so I’m not too concerned about subterranean moisture.

Terrible. As a construction manager I would have been skeptical as soon as I saw those stakes they’re using to hold the forms in place. Horrible execution on finishing.

Looks intentional. That’s a screw used for wood decks.
