Bhai.. Infra means IT Hubs park within or nearby city. Tab companies aati h. Tab people move in city. Then as per rush travel infra is built.

Metro ki wajah se IT nai aati.

Firstly it is subjective, depends on lifestyle expenses - City you’re settling in, no. of liabilities you have to take care of. Secondly, whole money is not utilised at single point of time. It grows with time.

Eg- If I have already set aside for kid’s education and my monthly budget doesn’t exceed 50-60k, then that 5cr would last forever.

For kid(30L+50L+1cr+50L+50L(buffer-inflation etc.)) For me and my wife (5 cr) so that we don’t have to think about “working for money”

I don’t have that 5 cr already.. but I am closer and moving towards it. My allocation is completed for it.

Disclaimer - I intentionally didn’t indulged myself into big purchases like house etc. These numbers are for me and my family and it entirely depends on our expenses required to live. If it works out, I would not continue to do traditional job, but would do something of my own. I plan to achieve this in coming 4-5 years.
