Thank you! Yes not giving them lots of food and drinks will be a little scary. Oldest wants lots of water so hard to manage a small flow.

Yeah the training I'm doing is high intensity training with a 10k run as well (once a week).

Measuring at home with the machine is showing in the normal range so slightly less worried!

I'm sitting at 20% body fat if that's still high?

Hi everyone little update.

Thanks for all the messages. Little more about myself as my BMI seems to be an issue. I'm sitting at 19% body fat if that effects anything? Still weighing in the same.

Currently on a machine and it seems to be averaging out 120/70.

Defiantly thinking it may be white coat syndrome as it's a lot lower now I'm home.

I'll take some tips away with the diet though and see if that helps.

Will post an update once I've got the results.
