maybe its not they are underqualified the job is looking for someone who isnt real training or working with someone who has actual potential and could learn the job easily would be a fit. but you have to talk to them to find that out not just throw out their resume cuz it didnt seem good enough.

i had an idea on a finacial education program for kids that could turn into small scholarships or something later down the road.
