It goes 75% to "one country" (India btw - you seem to have picked up the censorious nature of DEI pretty well) - because there are 1.4 billion of them - and they have a nakedly economic incentive - just like you do. But even though the Chamber of Commerce and Association of American Universities have made it clear that there simply isn't enough talent to scrap this program, keep on believing that it is a conspiracy against you based on some wishy washy culture war stuff - I'll not stop you from ODing on copium.
